New work

The new art studio is proving to be a perfect workspace and I have much more room to work on several projects. I am also planning on creating some new music inspired by my recent oil paintings.

I have a new acrylic painting nearing completion which features an abandoned caravan which I discovered several months ago at Cannock Chase Forest. It is coming together very well and I think it may be one of my strongest pieces of work so far.

I am also preparing work for the new exhibition by Birmingham Arts Circle which will be held ay the RBSA Gallery in Birmingham. I will be showing my ‘Quiet Roads’ paintings which I completed earlier this year. Today I did a few last minute changes on the third piece, ‘Heading Back’ as I spotted a couple of areas that needed more work. I am very pleased with the series and have another one planned.
